In 1998, a small group of compassionate people with a historybig vision joined together and founded New Hope Clinic to give the uninsured a chance to receive basic medical care. That first year they operated out of a single room and treated 38 patients.

From this modest beginning, New Hope Clinic has come a long way. We outgrew our rented office space in Sentry Business Park years ago, and moved to a new facility in Boiling Spring Lakes in June 2010. We now operate out of this 4,000 sq. ft. facility in Boiling Spring Lakes five days per week, and limited services are offered at a satellite clinic in Shallotte.

In addition to high quality primary medical care, we deliver a full range of healthcare service including specialty care, dental care, individualized patient education, and prescription medications. We also host diabetes education classes and partner with other organizations to provide additional services.

A small staff and over 150 volunteers, including doctors, dentists, NPs, PAs, pharmacists, nurses, medical & dental assistants, and administrative support personnel, contribute over 11,000 volunteer hours to provide over 6,000 patient encounters annually.

We help nearly 1,000 patients each year, but the need is even greater. Over 1 million North Carolinians still remain uninsured. Please help us spread the word about New Hope Clinic so we can help more of the less fortunate among us to have access to the healthcare they so desperately need!
